Support for policyholders, not a new insurer
Bold Claims is a human-in-the-loop AI platform that prepares travel insurance claims on behalf of policyholders. Under your authorization, we handle the administrative work required to submit a complete claim file to your existing insurer.

We do not sell insurance and we do not decide whether a claim is approved or paid. All claim decisions and payments are made solely by the insurer.
Success-based service fee during the pilot
During this closed pilot, Bold Claims charges a success fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the approved claim amount.
This fee is billed five (5) business days after your insurer confirms payout. If your claim is not approved or not paid, no fee is charged.
Important: Please do not send us any documents or personal information unless you have been explicitly invited into the pilot and have reviewed and signed our Platform Authorization Agreement.

Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or abandon your claim at any time before clicking "Authorize & Submit Claim." Once you submit your claim, your authorization becomes binding and administrative work begins immediately. At this point, cancellation is not permitted. Submitting a claim does not incur any upfront charges. Our 15% success fee applies only if your insurer approves and pays out your claim. If you attempt to revoke authorization after submitting your claim, Bold Standard Inc. remains entitled to the 15% success fee on any resulting payout.
Refund Policy
Our service fee is charged only upon successful claim approval and payout by your insurer. If your claim is not approved or not paid, no fee is charged and no refund is necessary. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days at concierge@boldclaims.io.

If you have concerns about our service or fees, please contact us immediately at concierge@boldclaims.io. We are committed to resolving any disputes promptly and fairly. Formal dispute procedures are outlined in our Terms of Service.
