Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Bold Claims services provided by Bold Standard Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Bold Claims is a human-in-the-loop platform that assists policyholders in preparing and submitting travel insurance claims to their existing insurers. We provide administrative support only and do not:

• Sell insurance products
• Make claim approval decisions
• Process claim payments
• Act as an insurance broker or agent

3. Private Beta Access

Our services are currently available by invitation only during a closed pilot program. Access is subject to capacity limitations and may be modified or terminated at our discretion.

4. Service Fees and Cancellation

During the pilot phase, we charge a success fee equal to 15% of approved claim amounts. Fees are billed five (5) business days after insurer payout confirmation. No fee is charged for denied or unpaid claims.

You may cancel or abandon your claim at any time before clicking "Authorize & Submit Claim." Once you submit your claim, your authorization becomes binding and administrative work begins immediately. At this point, cancellation is not permitted. Submitting a claim does not incur any upfront charges. Our 15% success fee applies only if your insurer approves and pays out your claim. If you attempt to revoke authorization after submitting your claim, Bold Standard Inc. remains entitled to the 15% success fee on any resulting payout.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse or attempt to circumvent our services

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide administrative assistance only. We are not responsible for claim approval decisions, payment amounts, or delays by insurance companies. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
